Ruby Certified as "Great Place to Work"

Ruby+Associates, a leader in constructability-focused structural engineering, has been certified for the second year in a row by Fortune magazine and the Great Place to Work® program as a “Great Place to Work.” This year, the firm is just one of nine engineering companies with this certification in the United States, and the only engineering firm in Michigan on the list.

The certification is based partly on the results of 35 anonymous employee surveys about levels of trust, pride and camaraderie at work. Great Place to Work® produces the annual Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list and the Best Small & Medium Workplaces list.

Overall, 91 percent of Ruby+Associates employees say their workplace is great. Among the other high ranking Ruby attributes: great challenges (99% of employees ranked this as ‘often’ or ‘almost always’), great atmosphere (100%), great rewards (97%), great pride (98%) and great communication (97%).
