Ruby+Associates Certified as "Great Place to Work"

Ruby+Associates has been reviewed and officially certified by independent analysts as a Great Place to Work®.  The firm earned the credential, based on validated employee feedback, for the fourth year in a row.  Great Place to Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue and increased innovation.

The certification is based partly on the results of 42 anonymous employee surveys about levels of respect, credibility, fairness, pride and camaraderie at work. Great Place to Work® produces the annual Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list and the Best Small & Medium Workplaces list. 

The survey results included: 100 percent of Ruby+Associates employees say, ‘taking everything into account, [they] would say [Ruby] is a great place to work.” Among the other high ranking Ruby attributes: 100% of employees ranked as ‘often’ or ‘almost always’: “I’m proud to tell others I work here,” “I am offered the training or development to further myself professionally,” and “I believe management would lay people off only as a last resort.”
