Two New Engineers Join Ruby+Associates

Ruby+Associates, Inc. is proud to announce that a new engineer and a contract employee have joined the firm.

Leslie Bonthron joins Ruby as Engineer I, and Shery Gergis will also support Ruby as Engineer I, working through a recruiting agency.

Bonthron joins the firm after spending her 2018 summer internship with Ruby. She earned  her Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University in 2018 and went on to earn her Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering while serving as a Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue, graduating in May 2020. While at Purdue, Leslie was also a member of Beta Tau (Honors Fraternity), and served as an Honors Engineering Peer Mentor for the Society of Women Engineers Campus Chapter.

Gergis comes to Ruby from Aerotek, a recruiting and staffing company.  She resides in Windsor, Ontario and currently works remotely for the firm. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Windsor in 2017 and is skilled in AutoCAD and Tekla Structures software.
