Eric Hughes, PE, Obtains Licensure

Ruby+Associates, Inc. is proud to announce that Eric Hughes, PE, has passed the Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) Examination and has obtained professional engineering licensure from the State of Michigan licensing board. 

Hughes, a level Engineer II with Ruby, began working with the firm in June 2019. Since that time Eric has worked on various projects for GM, FedEx, federal/governmental clients, and bridge clients. He took and passed the PE civil structural exam in October 2022 and subsequently received his Professional Engineer designation status from the state of Michigan Bureau of Professional Licensing. Eric is a 2026 graduate from the University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada, with a Bachelor of Applied Science, Honours, Civil Engineering Co-Op. He also received a Master of Applied Science in Civil Engineering (Focus on Structural Engineering) in 2018 from the University of Windsor.
