Two Join Ruby + Associates

Ruby+Associates, Inc. is proud to announce that Vincent Mortillaro, PE and Nicole Gerou have joined the firm. Mortillaro joins the firm’s engineering department as a Project Engineer, and Gerou joins Ruby’s BIM/CAD group as a BIM Technician.

Mortillaro graduated from Lawrence Technological University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 2018, and he earned his Master of Science in Civil Engineering – Structural Engineering degree in 2020 from Villanova University. For the past six years, Vincent has worked with a Detroit-area A/E firm as a Structural Engineer. His project experience is focused on automotive plants and manufacturing projects. He received his Professional Engineer license in 2021 and is registered in Michigan.

Gerou has a Bachelor of Science in Architecture (2013) as well as a Master of Architecture degree (2015) from Lawrence Technological University. She has worked as an Architectural Designer, Architectural Associate, and Architecture 2 – Technical professional with three Detroit-area architecture firms since 2017. Her work is focused on utilizing Revit, BIM360, and other visualization tools on a variety of project types.
