Two Engineers, One BIM/CAD, and Two Business Service Staff Members Join Ruby

Ruby+Associates, a Degenkolb Company, is proud to announce that Matteo Carlesimo and Jacob Cleaver have joined the engineering team. Phillip Perkins has joined the BIM/CAD team, and Grace Gillies and Michelle Chapman have joined the Business Services team. 

Matteo Carlesimo comes to Ruby as a Designer after graduating from the University of Windsor with a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree. Prior to that, he served as a Civil Engineering co-op with a local Windsor firm. 

Jacob Cleaver joins Ruby post-graduation as a Designer from Michigan Tech University with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Business. Prior to joining Ruby, he had internships with Grand Rapids-area engineering firms. 

Phillip Perkins, with over a decade of experience at a Detroit-based A/E firm as an Architectural Designer, comes to Ruby, taking on the role of BIM/CAD Specialist. 

Grace Gillies joins Ruby as a Marketing Assistant after graduating from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Public Relations. Prior to joining Ruby, Grace served as an intern for a company in Washington, D.C as a social media marketing assistant. 

Michelle Chapman joins Ruby to support the Human Resources Department as a Human Resources Coordinator. Before joining Ruby, she worked for a Rochester Hills-based media company as an HR Generalist.
