Ruby+Associates New Roles and Promotions

We are excited to announce our new Engineering Managers with Ruby+Associates, a Degenkolb Company. In this role, they will guide engineering teams, ensure project success, and support the growth and development of team members. They will also approve professional development opportunities, conduct performance reviews, and assist with recruitment. Our new Engineering Managers are Bruce Burt, PE, P. Eng,  Allison Shenberger, PE, Chad Fox, PE, SE,  Myles Badour, PE, Katrin Bosch, PE,  Ron Young, PE, and Nick Dulak, PE.

In addition, the following employees have been promoted:

Michelle Atto, PE, SE, has been promoted from Associate to Senior Associate. Atto joined Ruby in  2020.

Myles Badour,PE, has been promoted from Associate Principal to Principal. Badour joined Ruby in 2006.

Michelle Chapman has been promoted from Human Resources Coordinator to Recruitment Specialist. Chapman joined Ruby in March 2024.

Isaac Fong has been promoted from Designer I to Designer II. Fong joined Ruby in 2023. 

Carey Weaver has been promoted from Designer II to Designer III.  Weaver joined Ruby in May 2020.

Shery Gergis, has been promoted from Designer II to Designer III. Gergis joined Ruby in 2021. 

Quentin Greiner,PE, has been promoted from Project Engineer to Associate. Greiner joined Ruby in 2007.

Andrew Kus, PE, has been promoted from Project Engineer to Associate. Kus joined Ruby in April 2018.

Jake Montgomery, PE, has been promoted from Project Engineer to Associate. Montgomery joined Ruby in  2015.

Jamie Smith, PE,  has been promoted from Project Engineer to Associate. Smith joined Ruby in 2014. 

Matt Smith, PE, has been promoted from Senior Associate to Associate Principal. Smith joined Ruby in 2008.
