Ben Miller, PE, SE

Associate

"I like the variety of projects that I get to work on at Ruby, and the challenges they bring. There is rarely a day that I don’t learn something new about the structural engineering industry here. It’s truly fulfilling to know I’ve played a part in so many unique projects."

Ben started his career with Ruby and Associates after graduating from Lawrence Technological University. He has worked on projects ranging from building design, to connection design, to heavy lift engineering before finding his niche in erection engineering. Now, as a Project Engineer, Ben works on multifaceted projects, performing analysis and design to resolve complex engineering issues for some of our most recognizable clients, including Northrop Grumman, NASA, and the United States Military Academy (West Point).

Ben holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and an MS in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan and licensed Structural Engineer in Illinois.
