Leslie comes from a family of engineers so it was no surprise that she was inspired to follow suit. She discovered a special interest in the construction side of things, spending a few summers working with general contractors as an intern. After joining Ruby as an intern in 2018, we were both hooked. Leslie returned to Ruby as a full-time engineer in June 2020.
She earned both a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering and Management and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University. Leslie is a volunteer with ACE Mentor of Southeast Michigan and she is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Michigan.
