"What I like most about Ruby is the encouraging team atmosphere and mentorship. There are a lot of young engineers learning together here as well as an incredible amount of knowledge amongst our experienced staff. No matter how busy we are everyone here is always willing to lend a hand and share their knowledge."

Marinna began with Ruby as an Engineer after graduating with her Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University. While working at Ruby, she earned her Masters of Engineering degree from the University of Michigan in 2016. During her time with Ruby, she has worked on a variety of different projects, and has especially been enjoying her involvement in connection and building design.

Marinna is licensed as a Professional Engineer in Michigan. She is a member of the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), the Structural Engineers Association of Michigan (SEAMi), and she is a Young Professional Member of the Design-Build Institute of America.
